NSS Softoken Cryptographic Module Freelb Library Development Tools
This package supports special needs of some PKCS #11 module developers and
is otherwise considered private to NSS. As such, the programming interfaces
may change and the usual NSS binary compatibility commitments do not apply.
Developers should rely only on the officially supported NSS public API.

- Update to NSS_3_14_RTM
- Update the license to MPLv2.0
- Remove the temporary bootstrapping modifications
- Remove patches rendered obsolete by this update and update others
- Remove headers now shipped by nss-util
- Boostrapping build needed bause we are using dsa2 for singing the shared libraries
- Modified the post install scriplet to ensure the in-tree freebl library is the one loaded
