[21:37:42] <bill-auger> just in general, pacman usually gives the correct advice - (y/N) means that the default suggestion is "no" (do not remove systemd)
[21:39:33] <bill-auger> in fact, you can not remove mkinitcpio or systemd, because those are both required by 'base' - so there is no other option, other than to open a bug report, which in this csae, already exists
