Enhancements/Fixes
===================
- Enhancements Description:
  - Firmware Enhancements:
   - This component provides firmware version 4.12.11. This firmware is part of a combo image file (v 1.11.35)
     that the component uses to update to this firmware. Therefore users will see information about the combo
     image versions in the interactive mode.
   - FW changes w.r.t to 4.9.96 :
      * BASE   : Disable ECRC (End-to-End CRC).
      * NIC : Add support for interrupt remapping.
      * NIC : Initial support for interrupt migration for Windows 8.
      * BASE : Disable SMBUS for unsupported cards.
  - Smart Component Enhancements:
   - Added support to reboot, re-write and downgrade options into the smart
     component.
   - Added more information in the log file for better understanding of the
     OFUT results.
   - Create the log file in the /var/cpq/ location and use the component name
     for the component log too.
   - Add clarity to the help menu.
   - Print a message to the screen asking to reboot if the firmware update is successful
     and requires a reboot to take effect but the user didn't give the '--reboot' or '-r'
     argument to the smart component.
   - Add support for -v|--version argument

- Fixes Description:
  - Firmware Fixes:
   - FW fixes in 4.12.8 w.r.t to 4.9.96 :
        * NIC : Fix performance degradation on port 0 when no link on port 1.
        * iSCSI : Fix Neighbor Discovery for routable IPv6 addresses after link up/down test.
