HP SUM does not validate HTTP baselines

Symptom

HP SUM cannot validate a baseline downloaded from an HTTP repository.

Cause

HP SUM does not validate a baseline it downloads via HTTP. The .exe files downloaded are not compared against a manifest file.

Action

There is no workaround for this issue.
