The SPP is a re-packaging of ProLiant system software and firmware for servers and their options, and BladeSystem enclosures including:
HP SUM deploys components to supported Windows, Linux, and VMware (supported firmware and driver updates only) operating systems. The single SPP image contains a comprehensive collection of firmware and system software components including drivers, agents, tools, utilities. These components are tested, managed, and deployed together as a single solution.

Each SPP release includes a version of HP SUM you can use to deploy the SPP components. You can download the latest version of HP SUM from the HP SUM website at http://www.hpe.com/info/hpsum/download.
